Italian modular charm bracelets and watches are the rage. These are not the
old-fashioned charms that dangle from a link style bracelet. Elegant Italian
modular charms are composed of sleek stainless steel in the shape of
rectangular links. Charms are embellished with enamel, cubic zirconia, and
natural or faux stones. Italian charms are easily and quickly
interchangeable by the wearer as you desire. Italian charm bracelets are
worn with pleasure by men, women and children.
- CAN BRACELETS BE WORN BY DIFFERENT SIZE PEOPLE?
Of course! That is the beauty behind Italian Modular Charm bracelets. If you
want yours larger, you just add more links.
- HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY LINKS TO INCLUDE ON MY BRACELET TO FIT ON MY WRIST?
First, measure around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to
fit. It can fit loosely or more fitted depending on your preference.
Adult Sizes
- Petite 16 links, approximately 6 ¼ inches
- Small 17 links, approximately 6 1/2 inches
- Medium 18 links, approximately 7 inches
- Large 19 links, approximately 7 ¼ inches
- Extra Large 20 links, approximately 7 ¾ inches
- Long 21 links, approximately 8 inches
Children's Sizes:
- Toddler 13 links, approximately 5 inches
- Child 14 links, approximately 5 ¼ inches
- Youth 15 links, approximately 5 ¾ inches
All OUR starter bracelets come with 18 links!
- HOW DO I KNOW WHAT BRACELET WIDTH I HAVE?
The most common width that the majority of people collect are the MEDIUM
charms. The Medium offers the most selection of charms and is favored by
almost everyone. The three common sizes are:
(from top to bottom of the link)
- Small width 6.5mm or 1/4 inch wide
- Medium width 9mm or 5/16 inch wide
- Large width 13mm or 1/2 inch wide
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once received, orders are shipped within 48 hours. We try hard to keep
all charms in stock at all times, however if your charm is out of stock,
you will be told immediately and given the choice of waiting or having
your money refunded. Once shipped, I have no way of knowing when it will
arrive, but usually arrives in 1-4 days. If you charm is needed
immediately, you can upgrade to priority shipping ($4 additional charge) or
overnight shipping ($12 additional charge).
- ARE YOUR CHARMS GUARANTEED?
YES. All charms are unconditionally guaranteed for 90 days from purchase.
Even if it is broken due to abuse, we will repair or replace the charm free
of charge. They are not however, guaranteed against loss. To take advantage
of the guarantee, all you have to do is return the link and all parts of the
charm you have to the address on the contact page. Please provide us with
all information you have such as name, purchase date, email address, where
the replacement charm should be shipped, etc. If the charm you purchased
is no longer available, you may choose any other charm of the same value as
a replacement at no charge.
- HOW MUCH DOES CUSTOM COLOR OR GOLD PLATING COST?
Gold plating is $5 per charm with a discount on multiple charms. Custom
color depends on the amount of details and colors that are wanted. Custom
colors start as low as $2 per charm and never are more than $7 per charm.
Custom charms may take more than two days to ship. Feel free to ask for
pictures of custom charms we have done!
- CAN YOU MAKE A SPECIAL CHARM JUST FOR ME?
On occasion we have been able to do specialty charms, however the more
detailed the more time needed and the cost can get quite high. But it never
hurts to ask as some we may already have just not in our line and others we
might be able to find.
- DO MY CHARMS REQUIRE ANY SPECIAL CARE?
ONCE I BUY MY BRACELET, HOW DO I CARE AND CLEAN IT?
Our charm bracelets are made of high quality stainless steel and sterling
silver. As a result, you can wear your bracelets every day and never worry
about them rusting. However, because the charms are sterling silver, they
will tarnish over time. Any tarnish remover will clean your charm to a
shinny luster. Also many of the charms look better with a little tarnish as
it gives character and definition to the detail. Special care should be
taken when wearing dangle charms to prevent damage to the charm and your
clothing. Dangle charms are not recommended for children. As with any fine
jewelry, it is best to remove your bracelet while showering or swimming and
to keep it away from chemicals.
- HOW CAN I PURCHASE CHARMS WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?
Charms can be ordered and then payment can be sent through the mail. Checks
may be held for up to 10 days before your charms will ship and with money
orders, your charms will ship immediately upon payment.
- HOW DO I CHOOSE MY FREE CHARM??
Once you have put 6 charms in your shopping cart, a discount for the 6th
charm will show up in the shopping cart. Please remember the free charm
must be one of the $15 charms only.
- IS MY INFORMATION SAFE WITH YOU?
YES. Your information is NEVER shared or sold to anyone. All of your credit
card information will be going through paypal's secure system as they have
one of the best and most secure around and we could not match it. We do
have a merchant account for credit cards if you do not want to go through
paypal but it is not accessible via the site as it is NOT as secure as
paypal. If we can be confident that security is not a problem in the future,
we will add it onto the site.
- WHY ARE YOUR CHARMS ON MATTE LINKS?
After much thought we chose the matte links because they don't show dirt
and scratches as easily as shiny links and therefore look nicer for a much
longer time.
- ARE YOUR STARTER BRACELETS GOOD QUALITY?
YES unlike other starters that are meant to be used for a short time, ours
are made with only the best quality stainless steel and strong springs to
last many years.
- DO YOU MAKE THE OTHER SIZE MODULAR CHARMS OR JUST THE STANDARD MEDIUM 9MM?
We can custom make any of our charms on the larger links, however they are
NOT made on our CCBC links. We do use quality links, but they do not carry
our brand name.
- HOW DO I PUT THE LINKS TOGETHER TO CREATE MY BRACELET?
It is easy to learn how to put your bracelet together yourself. Each link
has a spring-loaded clasp mechanism. Use your thumb to slide open the clasp
on the two links you wish to join, and hook them together at a 45 degree
angle. The springs inside each link come together into a closed position,
locking them together.
